Michaels’ Gift Card Giveaway Details:
Christmas is just around the corner and before we know it is will be here. I wanted to share my love of creativity by doing a gift card giveaway. Michaels is a store that I really enjoy shopping in and seems to be pretty popular in crafting circles. This giveaway is NOT sponsored by Michaels but it is something that I want to do for my blog members. First and Second place prizes are open to anyone in the USA. The third prize of Ravelry patterns is open worldwide. The contest will be open until December 15th. A winners will be chosen on December 16th and will have 3 days to claim their prize.
1st prize – $50 Gift Card to Michaels stores
2nd prize – $15 Gift Card to Michaels stores
3rd Prize – any 2 patterns from my Ravelry store. (You choose).

Already subscribed! I buy yarn, yarn, yarn! Especially Caron Simply Soft, Charisma, and lots of baby yarn!
I love to buy yarn, of course…LOL….I love to simply go in and get creative ideas from what they have in there. They have SO much to choose from. The most simplest, but hard to find item you need they usually have.
Yes I agree about them having hard to find items that I can’t find in other stores. That store is like my toys r us to kids lol. Merry christmas 🙂

It depends on my crafting mood lol. Sometimes its yarn, sometimes its pads and pencils and sometimes its fondant and baking pans!

I buy so many things from michaels, but yarn us what I love to buy the most. I love their selection & they always seem to have particular brands that I can’t find at other craft stores. At Michael’s I like to buy baking and painting supplies as their yarn is too expensive (but you can never have enough yarn right)

My favorite thing to buy at Michaels is all the yarn. I like to crochet dish towels and pot holders and scarves and blankets for friends and family.

I go to Michaels and I love to look at all the different craft supplies they have…most times I end up buying a,few more things than what I went in to get. Lol! But I never tire of going to Michaels! In new york city we really don’t have many craft stores. Micheals is the only store accessible to me. I don’t own a car(funny right). I travel by mass transit. I have two michaels close by to me and I am always buying yarn and paints brushes and recently I have been buying Mason jars for homemade jam. It would be great if I could win the gift card :-). My favorite thing to buy at Michael’s is my Faber-Castell Pitt Manga Brush Pen Sets. My nieces and nephews get a kick out of using them on artwork I draw for them.

I buy a lot of yarn for knitting/crochet class that meets on Mondays. I work at a library so we buy lots of the children’s craft kits that we use at the nursing home, active day, and story hour.

I mostly buy yarn, but like a lot of others, depends on what strikes my fancy that visit. Jewelry supplies, tatting thread, drawing supplies, clay to make beads. So much to craft, so little time! lol

I love Michaels, it’s a store that by just browsing gives you so many ideas creatively and also has great projects for kids to do. When my grandkids have a good report card I get them something they can do on there own. Works for me.
Yarn (for me!) and then whatever craft item my daughter needs for her current project…beads, stickers, scrapbook paper, etc!

I 💖 to buy happiness from Michael. What I mean is, my grandsons don’t live in the same city as me, but when I do see them we had straight to Michaels. Just to see that giant 😀 smile on their face bring tears to my👀eyes. I even took my grocery money and use it on them at Michaels just to see them light you there. Thank you😢
I buy washitape, yarn, knitting/crochet needles, scrapbook paper and decorations. But theit yarn selection is better for the projects I like to do.
I love shopping for yarn at Michael’s, especially whatever might be on sale or on clearance — you never know what you might find! I also enjoy using their house-brand yarns, which seem just as good as their name-brand equivalents, and which come in a wide enough variety of yarn types that I can usually find a Loops & Threads yarn which will work for whatever project I’m shopping for.
I love Michael I buy all my yarns form there thank you for teaching me how to crochet.

I am in Michaels at least once a week for yarn, spray paint, glue, glitter, doll clothes, and I always walk around the entire store to see what’s new. That is the first place I’m going today.
I shop at Michaels because of all the different crafting I do. I go mainly after holidays for sales and spend hours walking every aisle to get the best deals they have to offer. My husband even goes with me and actually enjoys it. They have great sales. I love walking out of there with all different kinds of things that I know will get used.

I love to shop f or about anything that Michael’s sells. I have bought polymer clay, picture frames, yarn, buttons, etc. My very favorite item is yarn, though. I am addicted to yarn.
I love Michael’s I do a lot of needle work and I LOVE shopping for DMC Floss at Michael’s. They every colour DMC makes and they are very good about keeping their stock up.
