On-line Crochet courses coming soon

I have received so many requests to do On-line courses.  I am in the processing of filming some high definition video tutorials.  I wanted to ask,  “What do you want to learn?”   Crochet,  Knitting, Sewing, other crafts?

I am working on a course to teach people to read written crochet patterns as well as Diagram crochet symbols/patterns.  I want to be sure that what I prepare is what you want to see.   The difference between the online course and the videos on YouTube is that I will go into more detail and have more time.  YouTube ranks a lot of the videos by how long a person watches now.  What they call audience retention.  There are times that I want to really give more info but the time limitations are always on my mind.  With the on-line courses that isn’t an issue.  I can break a course down into several lessons and build skills up in the correct order.  Plus, you would have it available anytime you like.

So, I really need your help and input.   Please let me know what your thoughts.   Thanks

Yolanda

I really enjoy watching your YouTube videos. I would love to learn to read patterns and learn how to diagram. I’m a visual learner and your videos are very easy to follow. Thanks! Love crocheting!

I would like to learn how to knit again. I am 57 and was learning how when I was 7. Now I am like a duck out of water. But I can crochet. And I did try knitting again awhile back. What a disaster. Lol!

Love crocheting, learn to read patterns and diagrams would be great. Other quick and easy crafts, such as the candel holder you did with gluing glass rocks on a vase. You’re doing a great job keeping us informed.thx. D

I’m an avid follower of yours. On-line courses would be excellent. Some patterns are written more clearly than others, so I do get frustrated trying to decipher certain ones. Even some diagrams are confusing, but I need to practice more with this. I like the written and the diagram to go along together. It helps me to clarify what is being called for in a pattern.

Intermediate crochet for baby items. Another beautiful Christening dress would be nice or a really cute cocoon. Thanks! You do an awesome job!

I love all your video tutorials. I am a big fan. I would love more how tos with front and back post work. That really confounds me! Also how to line bags/ purses. Maybe guest interviews with your friends– I’m a fan of zee–what they are crocheting ect. I’m not a knitter, not really interested in that. I can appriciate it, but not my thing. More character hats? More lovies? Thanks for all your hard work, you make my stitching look great!

I’m just happy to show us the different articles that you make, especially the hats that have a character like a teddy bear hat, and also the different baby clothes.

I second Tonya’s suggestion. A pattern writing course would be helpful.

I agree with Crystal, I need to learn how to read crochet patterns, I definitely don’t want to learn to knit, I already know how to do that, I need practice how to read crochet patterns.

      Thanks
