Bernat Stitch Along
The Bernat Blanket stitch along is starting soon. (Begins Oct 3, 2016) If you enjoy a good mystery this Stitch along is for you. This Mystery Stitch-Along is sponsored by Joann Fabric and Craft stores. This stitch along is a great way to be introduced to the Bernat Blanket yarn if you haven’t tried it yet. I have become a fan of this yarn. I love the softness and how fluffy it feels. My projects just seem to work up so quickly. This is a mystery stitch along so you won’t know what the blankets will look like until they are complete. Trust me they are both gorgeous.
The Stitch Along will include both a Knit and Crochet version of this mystery blanket. Both versions are completely different so you can choose to Knit, Crochet or stitch both blankets. I will be serving as your host for the Knit blanket and Mikey of The Crochet Crowd will be your crochet host. I’m super excited to finally be collaborating on a project with Mikey. He is a dynamo and makes crocheting so much fun. He has built a truly awesome community of fellow crocheters. The full details of the Stitch can be found here: Stitch Along Details This page will give you the details of the timeline, shopping list and much more. You can even view the video intros from both Mikey and myself.

The link to the special facebook page is not working .
Thanks for letting me know. I will check it.
The link for the supplies also is not working
There is a little box underneath the 2 top pictures. One says “shop knitting supplies” and the other says “shop crochet supplies” If you click on those rectangular boxes the shopping list/ supplies opens up.
I’d like to join, but all links return to the “announcement” page. And the Facebook page link isn’t working. We just keep getting referred back to purchasing supplies. This looks like it will be fun tho!
You don’t have to sign up anywhere to join. Just join us on Oct. 3, 2016 to start. The videos will be available on our YouTube channels as well as on Joann.com
What is the size of the ball of yarn you need for the project? How many?
Each ball is 10.5 oz. Supplies vary for the knit and crochet blankets. Go to the link in the blog post. Under the photos are boxes that say “Knit supplies” and “Crochet supplies” Click on those to get a complete list of needed supplies.
Just joined! Looking forward to it!
Is there a pattern for the blue top you’re wearing?
Thank you!
I look forward to having you participate. The blue poncho I am wearing is hairpin lace. It is a pattern from Esperanza Rosas of “Tejiendo en Peru” She is a wonderful lady from Peru. She posts Spanish language videos. This video was on her YouTube channel also called “Tejiendo en Peru”
Thank you so much!
Help please
In part 4 for the top and bottom it says pick up 106 stitches however using 6 for each repeat makes it an uneven amount is this an error?
the repeats are worked along the edge. You can see the YouTube video tutorials for a better explaination.
